Objects

  • bibi~ jl/bibi~ is a biquad filter external with intuitive mode, cutoff-frequency, and Q parameters, outputting the filtered input signal.
  • feedfm~ jl/feedfm~ performs feedback frequency modulation, with controls for base frequency, carrier and modulator ratios, modulation index, fixed modulation, and feedback.
  • flatten~ flatten~ is a side-chain compression utility intended to help flatten a signal’s dB envelope.
  • gbend~ gbend~ is a sample player—short for “grain (pitch) bender”—that plays a selected region of a table with constant and signal-controlled detuning, optional looping, and reverse playback.
  • gdelay~ gdelay~ is a synchronous granular delay that granularizes a mono audio input and produces a stereo output.
  • gflow~ gflow~ is a synchronous granular system that granularizes audio from a table and outputs a stereo signal, with controls for grain size, pitch, position, envelope shape, panning, and stereo width.
  • keynote keynote tracks a computer keyboard key code and outputs a MIDI note and velocity pair.
  • lr2ms~ lr2ms~ encodes a left/right stereo signal into mid/side form, while ms2lr~ decodes it back to left/right.
  • magnetize jl/magnetize maps float values according to a cyclic, repeating pattern of positive-integer intervals.
  • ms2lr~ ms2lr~ decodes mid/side signals into left and right stereo channels, reversing the encoding performed by lr2ms~.
  • mtosf jl/mtosf converts a relative semitone value into a speedup factor.
  • rmetro rmetro (short for random metro) is a metronome that outputs a bang on each tick while adding a random value, up to a specified maximum, to its base period.
  • sidechain~ sidechain~ is a side-chain component that analyzes an input signal and outputs an amplitude factor to apply to a source signal for compression, such as in a classical feedforward compressor.
  • stut~ stut~ is a stutter effect that captures an input signal and outputs repeated slices, or passes the audio through when stopped.
  • tonnetz jl/tonnetz generates root-note and semitone-interval patterns intended to control jl/magnetize, with modes including duads, triads, larger chords, scales, and intervals.
