soundtouch~

soundtouch~ provides time-stretching and pitch-shifting using Olli Parviainen’s SoundTouch library. It allows changing the tempo of an audio signal without affecting its pitch,
and vice versa. This makes it useful for musical and sound design applications where independent control of speed and pitch is needed.
